Strengthening materials and their functions
Glass fiber: By adding glass fiber, the tensile strength of PEI material can reach over 200MPa, and the bending modulus can exceed 10GPa, significantly improving the mechanical properties of the material
Carbon fiber: The addition of carbon fiber significantly improves the tensile strength and toughness of PEI, enabling it to withstand greater external forces without easily breaking, while also enhancing the material's rigidity and creep resistance.
Characteristic
High strength and high rigidity: The enhanced PEI material has higher tensile and bending strength, and can effectively resist deformation and damage when subjected to large external forces.
Excellent high temperature resistance: The enhanced PEI can maintain stable performance in high temperature environments, with a thermal deformation temperature of up to 220 ℃ and a long-term use temperature between 170-180 ℃.
Good dimensional stability: The enhanced PEI material can maintain excellent dimensional accuracy even in temperature changing environments, with a thermal expansion coefficient as low as 2-3 × 10 ⁻⁵/℃.
Excellent flame retardant performance: reaching UL94 V-0 standard, it has excellent flame retardant performance, low smoke density and low heat release during combustion, which can delay the spread of fire and improve safety of use.

Aerospace: Used for aircraft interior parts, structural supports, engine peripheral components, etc., it is widely used due to its lightweight and high-strength characteristics.
Automotive industry: used for manufacturing engine peripheral components, transmission system components, etc., to improve vehicle performance and fuel efficiency.
Electronic and Electrical: Suitable for electronic components such as connectors, relays, switches, etc., it is favored due to its excellent insulation performance and high temperature resistance.
Medical devices: widely used for surgical instruments, medical equipment casings, etc., due to their biocompatibility and disinfection resistance.
