PSU Polysulfone

PSU plastic refers to high molecular weight compounds with sulfone groups and aromatic nuclei in their main chains. It is a high-performance thermoplastic engineering plastic developed and entered the market by UCC in 1965, and is a typical amorphous polyarylether. The heat deformation temperature of PSU plastic is as high as 174 ℃, with a density of 1.25-1.35 grams per cubic centimeter.

In the field of electronic appliances, PSU can be used to produce various electrical components such as contactors, connectors, transformer insulation parts, thyristor caps, insulation sleeves, coil skeletons, terminal posts, and collector rings, as well as printed circuit boards, shaft sleeves, covers, TV system parts, brush holders, alkaline battery boxes, etc.
