Characteristic
Heat resistance
Long term use temperature can reach up to 200 ℃ -240 ℃. (Hot deformation temperature)>260 ℃. It can maintain dimensional stability even in high temperature and high humidity environments.
VO level flame retardancy
When no flame retardant is added, it can achieve UL94V-0/5VA rating.
Electrical performance
It still has insulation, low dielectric loss, and excellent arc resistance under high temperature, high humidity, and high frequency conditions. After composite modification, polyphenylene sulfide composite materials and products can be prepared.
Performance
Can be made into materials and self-lubricating composite materials, applied to components such as gear engine piston rings, exhaust circulation valves, gasoline flow valves, etc., to increase smoothness and reduce instrument and equipment operating noise.
Mechanical properties
PPS products have high strength, high modulus, extremely strong rigidity, high surface hardness, and resistance to creep and fatigue.
Chemical resistance
The solvent-free chemical corrosion resistance below 200 ℃ is second only to PTFE.
Application Area
1. In terms of electronics: high-voltage components on televisions and computers, starting coils and brush holders for electric motors, high-temperature components such as electric irons and induction cookers.
2. Automotive industry: suitable for exhaust gas recirculation valves and water pump impellers, as well as vaporizers, exhaust devices, exhaust control valves, light reflectors, bearings, sensing components, etc.
3. Machinery industry: used as bearings, pumps, valves, pistons, precision gears, as well as photocopiers, cameras, computer parts, conduits, spray, fuel nozzles, instrument parts, etc.
4. In the field of chemical engineering: used to produce acid and alkali resistant valves, pipelines, fittings, valves, gaskets, and corrosion-resistant components such as submersible pumps or impellers.
